Valencia Community College Renovation of Buildings 7 & 9

Florida A & M University Development Research School

An 116,434 square foot educational and educator training institution were constructed on FAMU’s campus. New technological systems, interior/exterior finishes built to tilt wall specifications helped to complete this K-12, six-building complex that houses elementary, middle and high school classroom buildings, an administration building, a cafeteria/auditorium with full commercial kitchen, a media center and gymnasium.

University of Central Florida Student Union

This student union project included a new 12,000 square foot ballroom/banquet hall, auditorium, student government offices and retail space. Produced Florida’s largest student housing project that consisted of 1642 beds. The project was constructed in two phases. University of Florida Martin H. Levin Advocacy Law Center

A functional trial and appellate courtroom with gallery, judge’s bench, jury box, attorney’s tables, judge’s chamber, jury deliberation room and support spaces were created. The building obtained Silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from U.S. Green Building Council.
