CTG successfully executed the third and final phase of the comprehensive Jones High School renovation project in Orlando, Florida. This $13.9 million endeavor, completed in May 2005, marked the culmination of a multi-phase, $40 million campus transformation.

Removal of the temporary portable city

Addition of a greenhouse and shade house
Construction of a machinery/storage building and custodial receiving/storage building

A 91,000 sq. ft. facility housing:
Gymnasium with mezzanine, upper-level seating, wood flooring, and sports medicine center
Media center with advanced technology integration
780-seat auditorium with professional-grade amenities

Construction Highlights:

Tilt-up concrete wall panels for efficient and sturdy construction
Modified bituminous roofing with decorative EIFS cornice at the parapet wall
Specialized Load Master Roofing System on the gymnasium for hurricane shelter compliance
High-impact storefront system in the rotunda entry for enhanced hurricane readiness
