Jones High School Additions and Alterations Phase C

CTG successfully executed the third and final phase of the comprehensive Jones High School renovation project in Orlando, Florida. This $13.9 million endeavor, completed in May 2005, marked the culmination of a multi-phase, $40 million campus transformation.

Site Development:

  • Addition of a greenhouse and shade house
  • Construction of a machinery/storage building and custodial receiving/storage building

  • Gymnasium with mezzanine, upper-level seating, wood flooring, and sports medicine center
  • Media center with advanced technology integration
  • 780-seat auditorium with professional-grade amenities

Construction Highlights:

  • Tilt-up concrete wall panels for efficient and sturdy construction
  • Modified bituminous roofing with decorative EIFS cornice at the parapet wall
  • Specialized Load Master Roofing System on the gymnasium for hurricane shelter compliance
  • High-impact storefront system in the rotunda entry for enhanced hurricane readiness
