The structure features concrete paneling, masonry work, and comprehensive interior finishes, complemented by state-of-the-art MEP additions and HVAC systems. Professional landscaping enhances the property’s aesthetic appeal. Commissioned by Windsor Services, Inc. and designed by Richard Bowles Architect, the project reached substantial completion in May 2008.
