Construct Two Group named an OBJ’s 2021 Fast 50

Construct Two Group (CTG) has been named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s 2021 Fast 50, signifying its rank as one the fastest-growing companies headquartered in Central Florida.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, the annual list recognizes 50 of fastest-growing private companies headquartered Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties. The firms are ranked based on their percentage of consistent three-year revenue growth between 2018 and 2020. This year’s listmakers include 14 newcomers. And Covid-19 hasn’t made it easy for these firms, as so many businesses have closed, suffered declined sales and/or had to let go of workers due to the pandemic.

Recently, CTG was also officially ranked the #1 African-American-/Black-Owned Business based on its 2020 Central Florida revenue by the Orlando Business Journal in their annual “The List”. CTG experienced a stellar year earning $32.66 million in 2020 Central Florida Revenue in the Development, Construction Management and Program Management industries of Central Florida.

CTG is the nation’s largest African American Development Management firm and has amassed more than $1 billion in commercial, education, university, military, municipal, industrial, transportation and housing projects completed to date.

Future projections based on the next three years place CTG in the position to create over 2800 jobs and generate over $300 million in revenue.
